Sunsynk 3.6kW ECCO inverters - do what they say on the tin

I wanted in the first instance to thank the Sunsynk Team for a great product - this comes from installing and finally, fully commissioning a system from the ground up - even in the first days of March I am seeing avg. generation of 20kw per day - both days have been heavily laden with cloud.

The chosen format for my system was 2 * 3.6kW ECCO inverters in parallel, married to an East & West array of 7.2kW each (16 * 450w Canadian Solar), split into 3.6kW strings. the master inverter is on the East array (Left) and slave on the West array (Right) coupled to 4 * 5.2kW of Sunsynk CATL batteries.

I am already seeing peaks of 5kW + off each array and over the lunch time period I am seeing joint outputs of 8kW in bright sunshine, the inverters are coping admirably with the output sending 7.2kW to battery and the balance to load - not this graphic

As can be seen in the end graphic we are big users of power so I am able to use all the output and more. Many people have overlooked the power of the 3.6kW ECCO invertors, they shouldn't be overlooked as they can in certain installs outstrip the output of the 5kW units

I just wanted to illustrate a great product for anyone in any doubt of the capabilities.

The only issue I have is the software does not show the Load / UPS output in the Power Flow module only the Grid output & input, unless i have missed something / not turned something on in the system settings, any advice gratefully received.

Thanks for all the support on the Forum too from many contributors who have helped in my understanding of the system.

Great product, for sure. Great after sales service and technical support? ... Not so much, lets be frank.
