F29 Parallel_CANBus_Fault [SOLVED]
I have 2 inveter sun-6k-sg03lp1
Firmware is same on both
And 2 lifepo4 batteries for 25kW each (total 50kW)
I tried to use them parallel
But every time slave inverter don’t response -
F29Parallel_CANBus_Fault
I tries make slave inverter as master - and its works perfect, but old master who became slave - didn’t
I tried to use different cables
But it all the same
I have read that I need to request update firmware
If I use them as standalone - they works, but not in parallel mode

I don’t know what helps
I can only explain all step that I have made:
I disconnect both inverters and both batteries
I gather them near each other
I don’t connect grid in and out, only batteries and inverters
I connect batteries and inverters by inbox factory cables
Reset inverters to factory settings
But… it’s doesn’t help)) I tried to use different parallel port connection (a to a, a to b, b to a, b to b)
And.. I switch off inverters and batteries for 1 hour
After I came back I tried stupid thing and
Connect slave inverter to main battery (bms)
And it’s starting to work… in parallel
After that I changed this inverter to master and for this moment everything work in parallel
I connect my cables to batteries
I connect grid in and out
Everything works
But I don’t understand what solution helps: connection slave inverter to main battery or something else…
