Battery charging to 100%
My initial solar system installed was 16kw inverter, 9 x 460w panels and 1 x 10.24kw battery. Solar and grid charge took the battery to 100% easy and kept it on float without dropping SOC.
Then I expanded my system with another 9 panels on 2nd MPPT and another 10.24kw battery but there was software issue between batteries causing all sorts of issues and the local sunsynk guru came to PATCH the software on the 2nd battery to not cause the system from tripping anymore
BUT......
Ever since then, no matter on the PV or grid, the batteries NEVER go above 99% plus even with ample solar available, the SOC drops to 98% then to 97% without the inverter increasing the PV output to bring it back up.
Keith, can someone who is more knowledgeable please log into my system and sort this out? This is a $18600 system and for that kind of money, I expect it to work perfectly and optimally.

Good day i`m sitting with the same problem. Did you manage to fix your problem yet and how? also 2 batteries and keep on tripping at 100%. How did they change your software? ons the batteries or on the inverter? did you manage to get any help from Sunsynk?
