How does one do this? I requested an upgrade 3 days ago. And zip. Did this via the support on the Sunsynk Web site. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Its clear that with Sunsynk you are left to figure things out for yourself. But they can at least point us to the latest files to upload. We will figure out the rest without your help. That's less frustrating.
