Sunsynk Hybrid Inverter is performing a "Request Force Recharge" of battery

I am experiencing a very frustrating issue where my battery is refusing to discharge to the expected 20% SOC.

Instead, the battery will only discharge to 49 Volts. (This could be any SOC from 40-97%.)

When the battery drops below 49 Volts, the BMS appears to perform a "Request Force Recharge" of the battery, from the grid.

Here is the BMS screen - before and after

This "Force Charge" pushes the battery up a couple of volts. Then the battery starts to discharge again back to 49 Volts, then the Force Recharge repeats constantly every 10 minutes, for hours. Here is the voltage chart showing the "infinte loop"

Please can you advise - what does this all mean. Is my battery defective? Is the battery voltage too low?

As you rightly note, the voltages indicated converted from percentages make no sense as to why the battery is cycle charing. Are you seeing those spikes as grid current draw, so you're confident it is charging (or indeed on the battery current graph - are you seeing it fly from positive to negative aligning with the voltage spikes?)
