If I have a sunsynk 5kW inverter and want to connect 7kW of panels without going over the voltage or the current rating of the MPPT can I do

I have seen 7KW watt panels working on that and I'm planning to do the same. You just need to be within mppt voltage range. If current goes beyond 11A, it'll clip the increasing amount but no harm to inverter.
