Using the grid instead of the battery
Hi,
Please can you assist. The sun is insufficient to manage the load, instead of using the battery it is using the grid, even though my battery is fully charged – why?
Is there a setting that should be adjusted?

It is not a problem for a few minutes, but it is not recommended to always run on the maximum limit. The continuous load on 5kW system is up to 5000W , so try to maintain load up to that value.
