P-grid is not displaying any value
Good day. I installed a 5.5kVA Sunsynk earlier and started it up today. Initially the flow diagram and charts were showing P-grid perfectly but after power restored following a session of load-shedding, the P-grid value no longer displays. If I go to the custom graphs I can see that P-L1 is showing the power drawn from the grid but not P-grid. Please advise how to resolve this. P-grid should be showing the sum of all line powers.

Yes the AC light is on, it charges the battery, and the P-L1 graphs and data shows the grid incoming power. Yet the P-Grid data is zero.
