Change of user type

How do I know if my usertype has been changed? Not seeing anything different in the app/website

Hi Greg, I believe you are refering to the User Level within the app/sunsynk.net, if this is the case, please email customerservices@sunsynk.com with your username and we will check what User Level you currently have and can upgrade it for you.


The difference between User Levels are immense depending on the type of User you are. Mainly, there will be more benefits for the Installers of our products as it allows them to create a business within the app and add their employees to that business allowing them to remotely monitor no matter where they are. It also allows them to set thier own User Levels depending on how experienced their installers are. Upgrading also adds in more freedom wiwthin the app and allows to view plants in greater detail.


You will know when the Upgrade has been completed because there will be more available within Sunsynk.net and it is quite clear what gets added. When we recieve your email via customerservices@sunsynk.com, we can do the upgrade so you can see this for yourself.
