Technical Support

Hi I've had Command Send failure all day today on both App and desktop. Yet when I spoke to tech support earlier today they were able to adjust my settings. So I'm not sure if this is a general issue or just a me issue.

Its been all day, normally app issues are short lived and desktop still works
