Still no idea what to do
When I have priority battery not much W goes to the house, as soon as I put priority load on over 1000W goes to the house. Even though there’s nothing on apart from a fridge freezer. Sun is blasting too. First pic priority battery. Second pic priority load. Surely the solar panels are covering the load so should charge the batteries. Though it doesn’t. Just had a look at the app again and the third picture is showing that the solar and the batteries are going to the house even though there nothing on. It’s pumping over 2000W into the house from solar and the batería are pumping W to the house too. This is set to priority load. Have I got to keep manually changing it from priority battery to get the batteries charged and then back to load when I want the batteries to power the house? I have the timers all set up and been messing with this for about a year but never solved.
Had an engineer round now and he doesn’t know what the problem is. After 200 installations he has never seen anything like this. Whatever solar we get goes straight to the house. Even with everything turned off in the house. If we’re getting 2000 w from solar then 2000 w goes to the house. It should be if the house is using 500 W then the rest 1500 W should go to the battery, but it’s not. He’s been onto Sunsynk and now waiting to hear from them.
