Grid setting effects inverter power ? 12kw 3f becomes 6kw 3f ?
Hi all,
I bought a 12kw 3f inverter the end of last year and have been struggeling a lot to get it up and running. I can write a book of all the things I've had to do and change with the help of sunsynk support and factory support.
System is finaly running on 3x230V whitout shutting off but I don't have a 12kw inverter now but more a 6kw inverter😳.
Factory in china says that when you put the inverter into 3x230v and not 3x400V you lose half of the capacity of the inverter.
I'm realy shocked by this and can't believe this. There is nothing mensioned about this in the manual or never heard about it.
Can someone confirm that they have the same issue ? Or someone who has the 12kw inverter on 3x230V that is running with the same specs as it would be on 3x400V.
