warranty
My battery has been replaced under warranty and the inverter has also been replaced because a 3.6kw was fitted instead of 5 kw.
I have been asking the distributor to send me replacement documents and after some delay they sent me with the same handover pack that was issued to me when the solar was installed and also a blank inverter warranty form, i.e. nothing was filled in this form.
What am I suppose to receive?
