Data Logger
hi All I have just had my system installed (hybrid inverter and 5kw Battery) we have a large issue with the installer they are telling me I can not access any data from my system.
I have indicated to them that the data logger manual says otherwise, I suspect this is down to a lack of training or familiarity with the system.
any help would be great

In South Africa the dongle has to be 'registered' with the device and your profile(As per the installer). Once the device is connected to your wifi and it can reach the internet you will see data in the Sunsync app and on your browser.
If it is connected to your wifi and you still do not see it in the gateway. The data logger device might be faulty. I am on my 3rd data logger in two years my setup being operational.
