Smart Port Aux port switch on and off for no reason
Have an 8kva Sunsynk and using the Aux Port as output port with the following settings:
Aux load off 95%
Aux load on 100%
On Grid always on
Solar Power 70000 W
When there is Grid power all works as expected:
If battery power is below 95% then Aux port switches off.
If there is grid power and battery below 95% the Aux port is on and supplies power.
There is a generator that is connected that is basically on the same line as Grid (Obviously with a solenoid)
IE: To the house, there should be no difference between Grid and Generator!
The problem:
When the Grid is off and the batter level below 95% and the Generatore started then the Aux output port will switch On and Off at no particular rate.
Sometimes after 5 minus and then on again a few seconds later.
Note:The UPS port and Grid port line do not switch on and off. Only the Aux output port.
Anybody that has had this problem or give some direction as where to go and look. I am at my wits end and the local electrical installer does not come back with answers. They blame the inverter.
OK, so perhaps my description of the problem is totally wrong. When the generator runs the Inverter is not accepting the input from the Genny and I suspect that it has to do with fluctuation of the HZ from the genney
