Hi folks, had our invert and batteries installed yesterday. Got a good handover on the kit. The installer did mention he thinks the inverter may have a slightly older firmware installed as the batteries in the app are all shown as I rather than separate. How do I go about requesting a firmware upgrade please?

Also noticed today than even though the battery was at 97% it was discharging at about 12w or so when there was plenty of energy being exported to the grid, is this normal?
