Acceptable repair duration?
I had a 8kW inverter breakdown on 9 Dec. The unit is ~16 months old. The installer removed it same day and arranged for return to Sunsynk Repair centre (in Jhb?). It is now 31 Dec with no feedback from the repair centre. Surely there is a time period linked to inverter repairs and reinstallations fit for use. Granted it is now the festive period, but what is the acceptable period for repair / replacement? I was expecting a quick repair / replacement...

Got the repaired unit back on 14 January... "The ARC board was found to be the fault and was thus replaced."
