Losing Data
Has there been any faulty/intermittant wifi data loggers? I have an 8.8kW hybrid inverter with 12 x 450W panels and 30kWH of Sunsynk batteries. My network is hard wired to a point adjacent to the inverter and a wifi router is powered and installed at the inverter, no more than 300mm from the data logger. When viewing using iPhone or on PC, chunks of daily data is missing, i.e. I see the SOC has a vertical section, i.e. instant state of charge change, and the time either side has a random amout of data missing, maybe 10 minutes, maybe 6 hours, totally random.
When data is not being recorded, i.e. the last data item is half an hour or so behind, I can log on to the wifi network with my phone and surf the net, suggesting the wifi router is working correctly? I've tried two different routers, but the problem is the same. I'm now thinking the data logger may be intermittant?
Anyone else had similar?

Hi,
Yes also having the same issue for the past few weeks.
Data logging stops, yet the App says the Inverter and Gateway are Online, I can even do config changes via the App.
But logging stops. I did get hold of Sunsynk, they advised to unplug the Dongle and plug back in.
This starts the logging again, but it stops logging again a few hours later.
They have since upgraded my unit, but this has not resolved the logging issue.
I still have a call open with Sunsynk.
