Please Help Me
Hi there. I am an enduser that makes use of the sunsynk app. My installer is not a helpful person - always to busy to help so I thought I would ask you guys if anybody can guide my please.
On my app it used to show the state of my system (current battery %, load etc) but now its like the picture below. Everytime I log in with my app it only updates the some totals. Is there something I can try from my side.
This might be a big ask but it is worth trying anyway. My installer has ful control over my system but I cant get any service out of him. Is there a way or route to follow to get him of my system and get someone else in control? Or is it a case of once you sit with a bad installer then you have to keep him on your system? Please any advice?
My installer did the same. It just means in the app it will always show the Overview circular power bar as empty as it's comparing your power generated against 8000kWp instead of against 8kWp. You can ask them to modify it so your little circular chart looks correct or just ignore it. It doesn't affect anything else.
It's yet another quirk of the UI. Why have a screen whoch compares W to kWp? Why not compare W with W or kWp with kWp. I can see why people enter it wrong when they're setting up the system.
