Technical Support

I'm trying to get my data from my Sunsynk Inverter into Home Assistant, so I set up an account with sunsynk.net but when I try to add my inverter, it tells me "The gateway has been used". I guess that means that the device has already been registered, probably by my installer. My installer no longer exists as a company, so I wonder if anyone here knows how I can get access? Can I ask Sunsynk to deregister the device so I can reregister it or is there some other way of adding it?
