Sunsynk 8.8kw inverter not switching seamlessly from grid to battery
Hi, I had a Sunsynk 8.8kw inverter installed with 1 x Hubbel am-5 battery, when the grid goes down there is a dip when switching to battery, my pc will loose power and light dips and comes back on. please advise, is there something wrong with the setup, I'm sure this is not suppose to be the case.

I believe this is a consequence Low Power mode! Watch the videos online!
I assume for low powerr mode to work it is in idle for the UPS switch. So basically, you can't have both. Either Low power mode OR de-select it and have instant UPS switch.
