I have the app on my phone and my PC.
The phone shows no data at all.
On my PC I was able to get operation data but that has now gone.
Have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, made no difference.
Any advice please.

You probably need to call support as they may have remove the access during the upgrade of the backend recently
