Using Battery and Grid when Solar avaiable
When Battery gets to 100% it starts discharging and using Grid to supply the load even though there is plenty of PV available.
The sun is out and just before this it was generating 16KW, if I turn on more load the PV goes up.
Why is it not supplying all the Load from PV?

This could just be the App re-fresh rate?
The App re-fresh rate is very slow [minutes]. Combine this with the way the CT coil works [it responds to sensed power flow then stops it] and it's possible that all you are seeing is a snapshot in time when there was a momentary grid flow.
This happens on my system all the time. Just now I saw 300W from Grid (when battery should supply) but it's not coming from GRID permenantly it was only for a fraction of time but the App has that data.
Look on the LCD screen to see the true power flow?
