My system is 2x 5kW Sunsynk inverters and 4 x Sunsynk 5.32 batteries.

I’m using a RS232 interface to the master BMS which has been monitoring individual batteries

Today only two batteries were responding and it needed a restart of the battery pack to get the BMS to report correctly.

Presumably this is just a glitch but I was wondering how to establish the active firmware in each pack. Where can this be found?

I also read that firmware cannot be installed remotely. Does anyone know the procedure?
