Installation Question
Hi
I have had a sunsynk 8kw inverter installed with 21 solar panels. The installer has created 3 strings of 7 panels. My question is how can 3 strings be connected to the two mppt inputs on the inverter and be in balance? Or does it not matter?
Not working right at the movement full sun on 14 panels is giving me approx 300 watts! showing in the app. I already know the ct coil is the wrong way round from the negative ct voltage showing in the grid power screen.
I had notification of fault code F55 yesterday showing a DC high voltage fault? The battery is also not connected correctly showing all zeros.
The installation has been in two days.

So your installer has put one of the East facing strings on the same MPPT as a West facing string.
