Technical Support

Dear all,

Recently bought and had my Sunsynk 5kva inverter installed by a local electrician. However he set me up as a "basic user". Long story short our relationship has completely broken down and i would like for him to be removed as the installer and my account be given full access to my investment. I have requested this from Sunsynk via email. I have gotten a response saying that my user level access ahs been upgraded, but i am still not able to change the most basic of settings, as i get a no permission error.

Can someone please point me in the right direction as to how to get full access (ownership) of my inverter ?

Who do i need to contact etc etc?

Please any help will be appreciated.
