No Battery communication
Good day. I have an 8kw Sunsynk hybrid inverter. A company installed the system with 2 x N Energy 5.1kwh batteries. The batteries do not communicate with the system, they installed the batteries in parallel with one communication cable from one battery to the system. Please if anyone can assist I will really appreciate. Thank you.

There should be a RJ45 cable from the 2nd battery to the 1st battery with a RJ45 cable from the 1st cable to the inverter.
