8kW Sunsynk Hybrid Inverter PV drops to zero when grid drops off
My Installed System:
-8kW Sunsynk hybrid Inverter
-3 x 5.5kW Hubble AM-2 batteries
- 20 x 455W Solar Panels
Problem: When Grid falls away the solar PV on the inverter also drops to zero.
Conditions: This only occur when battery SOC is above 95%. Load is still required from house and battery is being used. Sun is still available but no Solar being generated.
When grid returns only then does solar return and battery charge again. Should solar not be available battery will keep discharging.
My concern is that the battery discharges every time when the grid falls away even when there is solar power available to supply the load. How do I fix this as none of the settings work and the software updates did not help either. This seems like a software or hardware setting that is causing this.
Please advise.
