Timer not charging batteries

I have an 8KW inverter, with 2x 5.34kw sunsynk batteires with 20x420 PV pannels.

I have recently swiched to a night tarrif of cheaper electricity, so would like to charge batteries to 100% using this cheap rate between 00:30am - 04:30am.

I have setup the Inverter as I expected it to work, alas, last night nothing happened , see belwo graph, no grid charging... (Grid was used as the dishwasher was on during this period)? settings also below - what am i missing / done wrong ?

many thanx , all help appreciated!

it worked - Thankyou everyone who help on thsi thread, greatly appreciated! - Started charging at 00:30, batterries reached 99% (annoying why they never hit 100% must be a bug somewhere....) @ 03:05am - but house then carried on using the grid until 4:30am (when the timer was set) - The prefered condition is to have the house pull from battery as soon as it reaches 100% ,and stop grid charging or house load from grid , whatever time that is in that time window. Wondering if theres anyway to do this, rather than me guessing how long to set the timer for... ei charge from the grid at time x until time y untill battery reaches 100% then turn off grid charge.
