Not charging battery
Hi had 5.6inverter and 5.6 battery installed i think i changed settings on app have chatbox sunsynk but still same solar comes in to inverter and exports but does not charge battery unless i put on grid charge some of settings seems bit vague and confusing grid charged yesterday too 100 % then left it discharged but this morning its on 15% and sun has come out it exported to grid but not battery also about 1 -6 overnight all settings on app go to zero then startup again at 6 ive checked wifi had new sky hub put in but still the same surely should tell you what you getting off grid between these times
