Technical Support

No matter how I fit the CT coil, I get only 0 on the screen. It seems to me that it is faulty.. I've tried swapping black with white, I've tried 3&4 and 5&6, I've tried switching the coil around on the cable so the arrow points the other way.. Nothing. Anybody got any ideas? [my setup: Sunsynk 8Kw Hybrid single phase with two 5.32 Sunsynk batteries]. Btw, the coil I believe is correctly positioned, just between the DB main switch and the grid meter. It's a prepaid meter with plenty of units of credit.
