Battery and Inverter Pinouts
As far as I can tell, my inverter is not talking to the battery BMS - battery temperature has been -100 since installation and the LI BMS screen has never shown real data. Installer sent an electrician to replace the comms cable but that made no difference and the electrician has been a no show on subsequent appointments.
I'm sure the problem is that the cable uses the wrong CAN pinouts. But what are the correct pinouts?
Inverter is a Sunsynk 5.5k ECCO model SUNSYNK-5K-SG01LP1-EU
Batteries are 2x BYDs SUN-BATT-5.12

Thanks Steve. I've used both the inverter and battery manuals from the links and the pinouts suggest a standard cat5 cable will work - but it doesn't.
The inverter manual comes up as SUNSYNK-5K-SG04LP1-EU rather than 01 and so I wonder if there has been a pinout change.
Page 67 gives a different pinout at the battery side to what the battery manual says.
