What is the point of having "Chat" in the app when we are told to email in?


This was all I was asking which is a 30 second job.


"Morning is there an issue with live data this morning? My app isn't being updated and neither is the website."

My SunSynk inverter seems to be updating the website intermittently. I first thought this was a local issue (Wifi \ Internet) but I can confirm both are connected and I've not had any issues on any other devices. I noted there was a Mongo DB upgrade and the issues have been happening since then. Can you confirm if the inverter serial number xxxxxxxxxxx with gateway ID xxxxxxxxxxx is having connection issues your end please?

Thank you for your email - We have checked your plant online and everything is in order - Please see the screenshot below to confirm that your app is working as of 13:15 on the 25th October 2023. Not happy that just because it wasn't happening then that the ticket was closed !!!!!!!!!

Hi Jonathan,

It is now, but as discussed this is intermittent, I had another episode this morning were no data was being sent through.

Saying it working now doesn't inspire me with confidence. I would like to know if there are on-going issues please as it's not just me that is having this issue if you look on the SunSynk forum page on your website, there are a number of people having the same issue!
