Warranty Registration
Hi,
I am struggling to register my warranty. I have filled in the form online, and the system says that it is successfully sent, but I am not receiving any confirmation email. I have tried multiple times from different devices. I have also phoned Sunsynk South Africa (lady from UK answered). The lady was very polite, but not able to help.
I have also tried the Contact Us form and email to support, but there is no response.
Does anyone know how to correctly register the warranty?
