Technical Support

in the past couple of weeks I’ve had the data logger giving me no reads and appearing as though nothing is working. I fixed the issue by rebooting my wifi router. Once I did this everything connected up again. Has anyone else had this? Do you know the cause of it? I’ve had it happen three times in less than two weeks.

this is annoying as when youre out of the house and it disconnects , the dara is lost Up to the point of rebooting.
