Selling first - load disappears and cant sell what i want to
I'm limited by my DNO to a 2KW export, as a result my max sell power is set to 1kw (I have 2x 5.5kw inverters in parallel and 6x5.32 kw batteries). I'd like to exploit this limt during certain times of the day, even if my batteries arent fully charged.
To this end I manually set selling first as and when I want.
As soon as I do the reported load on the graph drops off (see picture at 17:10) and the total amount that can be drawn from the system is limited to 2kw. This means that the actual energy exported is max sell power - load. Also, if I go over the max sell power in this mode I end up importing from the grid.
Is it possible to force it to export 2kw on top of the house load?
Image attached to show the load dropping away when selling first is enabled:
I've just checked the grid tab while im selling. its also not including the home load when considering the export number. Sunsynk said to check the CT coil which kinda make sense except that...
this all works correctly when not in selling first mode
the ct coil is correctly indtalled between the meter and the distribution board.
I did find this comment that suggests max sell power is power limiter across all ports https://www.sunsynk.org/forum/main/comment/e1a8c908-3eb3-45b0-b2a0-ba5c124609e7?postId=64a3e3e3923c1b0012d7318d which does seem to be the case when in selling first mode (but not when in limited to home).
