F18 HW_Ac_OverCurr_Fault
Afternoon, I have encountered this error (I think my washing machine may have been the culprit), and I'd like to double-check the procedure to restart the inverter. Details: Location: Colchester, UK
Inverter: Hybrid Parity (Super) Inverter 3.6kW
Battery: Power Lite Lithium Battery System SSLB1 (5.2kW)
Solar Pv System: 10 panels with 3.65kW generation capacity
This is the screen that appeared on the inverter:
The battery at the bottom shows a SoC of 4 green LEDs, the red LED for the alarm beeps once every 1.5 seconds, and the Run Green Led beeps once every 3.75 seconds.
It looks like the communication between the inverter and the battery is disconnected:

I see that there is a button on the left-hand side of the inverter, along with a switch for the PV as well.
To "reset the system" as instructed in the manual, do I press the on/off button, or do I need to do another procedure beforehand? Regards, Paul Jensen
Hi, just posting a follow-up. So in the end, after 3 different electricians looked at it the inverter and managed to get it working again, but without the battery connected to it. I tried to report to the firm that did the original installation that the battery needs replacing. I will chase them again.
