failing to charge batteries
i have a sunsynk 8kw inverter connected to 2 x 7.4kwh solar MD batteries. when on genset the batteries do not charge, both from genset and solar; but when i put to bypass, the batteries charge both on gen and solar. what is the cause of this.

By bypass i mean maintaining gen supply to inverter but having diverted load from the inverter ( load bypasses the inverter and battery.)
