Suggested Improvements for Sunsynk Inverter web "Energy Generation 'Day' unit chart" Visualization

Issue #1: SOC Percentage Range on the Graph

The SOC percentage, displayed on the right side of the graph, often spans from 0% up to values as high as 140% or even 180%, which varies based on factors that aren’t immediately clear. Since my battery's SOC generally does not drop below 48%, this leaves the lower section (0%-48%) of the graph unused, compressing the SOC line and diminishing visibility of daily trends.

Suggested Solution:

If the SOC range were adjusted to start from the day's minimum SOC value up to 100% at the top of the graph, this would effectively maximize the vertical space. With a more zoomed-in view of the actual SOC range, it would be easier to interpret the SOC trends, especially for gauging charge and discharge rates based on line gradients. Alternatively, providing an option to toggle this compressed view could cater to users who prefer the existing format as well.

Issue #2: Misalignment of Wattage and SOC Scales

Currently, the wattage scale (in Watts) is positioned on the left side, while the SOC scale (in %) is on the right. Since the graph updates every five minutes, the most recent data (typically around midday when solar and usage peaks) appear on the right side where only SOC data is displayed. This misalignment means that I’m often viewing SOC data without easy access to the relevant wattage data that most closely corresponds with it.

Suggested Solution:

Swapping the placement of the SOC and wattage scales (placing Watts on the right and SOC on the left) would align the power data more closely with its most recent readings. This adjustment would greatly enhance real-time readability, particularly during periods of peak solar generation and usage.

Thank you for considering these adjustments. I’m confident that implementing these small changes would help users like myself get more value from the graph. Please let me know if you have any questions or if you’d like further clarification on any of the points raised.

Warm regards,

Rynhardt.

Disappointed that none of Sunsynk's employees have commented on this. It is clear that quality is not of importance, nor client interaction.

Is anyone working on it? Will it clash with upcomming updates?  Anything?
