How to connect generator
SunSync 12kW-3ph. I'm trying to connect the generator (also 3 phases) ... I'm using a GEN port. The inverter detects the generator's existence, and monitoring displays the correct voltage for each phase. No generator energy is used. Look into the errors and I see W03 - Grid Phase Wrong. Strange, but it is possible. Ok, I swapped two wires. The same error. What is wrong?
I also found an interesting fact: there is no connection between the grid's N-wire and the GEN port's N-wire. Should these contacts be connected?

Excuse me for making an alternative suggestion then based on your problem description in that case.
By your own admission/description changing the normal 2 phases around SHOULD have cleared the W3 error yet it didn't ....................
So something other than JUST the voltage/phase detection on the grid connection is causing the error.
or are you saying its no longer an issue now?
