Batteries are full but we are still pulling from the grid
We have noticed that even when the batteries are full we are pulling power from the grid. This increases when we are using the batteries to run an oven for example. This amount of grid electricity is not showing in the app. It will say that we have used 400W a day whereas our smart meter says that we have used 2Kwh. Is there a way to reduce the amount of grid electricity used?
