I have very recently had my Syn Synk Single Phase inverter installed along with a 5.32 Kw Sun Synk battery.

Broswing the web interface, I am noticing the battery charge never gets more than 2.1 - 2.2 kW when its gettting charged. Is there something wrong with the settings? With the battery?

Any ideas?
