EV Charger Load not displayed in Sunsynk app
We have a customer with Sunsynk Inverter and battery setup, he's also using a Podpoint EV charger.
The app is displaying all house load, solar, battery as you would expect - but it's not logging any of the power used by the EV Charger (so literally while charging - the only thing displayed in the Sunsynk app is the normal house load). His car is charging without issue, his smart meter is recording the load used by the car as expected - but nothing on Sunsynk. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Is the EV charger fed by a cable other than the one monitored by the Sunsynk Current Transformer? e.g. a different phase?
