Battery's not charging from grid at the set times, dongle losing the WiFi.
I came downstairs two mornings ago to only a 50% charge in my 3 x 5.35 kW storage batteries. on checking the app, it had gone offline or seemed to as no data had been recorded from midnight until 07:50. As luck would have it my solar panels were generating enough to run the house during the day and give the batteries a slight lift.
That evening, yesterday, come the 11:30 cheap rate nothing happened, the grid did not start to top the batteries up. I managed to reset everything and reconnect the dongle to the app and the batteries started to top up once more. Even if it did take me until 01:30 to get things going. I'm no Einstein.
Lo and behold if the app has failed again this evening, although the batteries do seem to be charging this time!
Can anyone tell me if there has been any update to the app, inverter, and or dongle that is causing this problem? The system has been totally fine from the install date back in October last year until 2 nights ago.
Many thanks fro your help
Paul

Cheers I’ll check that out, no events no logs no nothing. I’ll try a windows style three finger salute (ctrl-alt-del) see if it kicks in. For the minute it all seems stable, I shall check tonight when the cheap tariff starts and the battery charge up kicks in.
Thanks for your help sir!
