Why is cumulative data(that gets displayed on graphs in solarman app & web) not being uploaded on Gprs loggers? Works fine with Wi-Fi Logger
So I have this query and am unable to get feedback from our local supplier. On the WiFi loggers we have, the cumulative data that populates the graphs within the Solarman app and web interface is being uploaded and displayed correctly but when using a GPRS Logger, that cumulative data doesn't seem to be uploading and as such the pie graphs remain empty.
Can someone verify that this is indeed the cause of the problem(GPRS Logger) and advise what is needed to correct this? Perhaps a FW Upgrade to Logger in the pipeline?
Any help here would be greatly appreciated
