Inadequate and amateurish support
Come on SunSynk!!! You’re quick and loud when things go well, but stay silent and unsupportive when things go wrong.
Offline again and no fix communication from SunSynk again.
How much longer is this extremely poor and substandard support going to continue??
As many others have said, maybe it’s time to switch to a different provider.

Hardware, software and support is not even up to standerd from the competition. Buy another brand. I am stranded with this crap!
