Cannot see information on App or Web but Inverter shows it?

As of yesterday I suddenly have a problem using the App and Web portal to view my Inverter data. On the Inverter I can see everything, but on the App and Web portal, even though it says the Plant is up, I see no data at all? I have reset the WiFi connection for the Data Logger, but still nothing coming through. This was working since the 4th of June when it was installed, but things started going wrong yesterday. It came back after an hour, but today it is just not coming on again (17 days after installation). Anyone with some insights?

@Ané Remmers It has been good up to now - since I've joined from the 4th of June. I suppose it has to do with the rollout of the upgraded site/App. What I do find annoying is the lack of response on questions sent to them.
