Battery charging at 11:30pm
Has anybody got the problem at 11:30pm, it does not charge the battery when using 'live price' setting when it should be, it also takes load from the gird when not set to charge rather than taking it from the batttery even though the battery is over 20% charge. Looks like a software problem to me, another thought do they take the portal offline at that time for maintenance in which case it can not set the invertor to charge, if so they should move the slot to 6:00pm when no one on their right mind is going to be charging the battery.
The period when we went from BST to UTC did not perform as it should, was that Sunsynks way of coping by taking the portal offline for a couple of hours.
