Technical Support

I have installed the 8.8Kw hybrid, and have a consistent F23 fault. I see in the manual that the PV should not be grounded (pg13)? This seems counter-intuitive to me? F23 error occurs as the array is approaching full power, and fades away as the power starts to drop. First time I am using the product as I needed extra power, not impressed with support either.
