Problems with Plant Display
Has anybody else seen there plant display show incorrectly today? Grid is showing as charging my batteries but at this time of night in the uk (19:52) and with 35 percent of charge they should be showing as powering my home? batteries are set to power the house unitl 25 percent charge then they charge from the grid.

Update!
After using the chat facility, i have been advised that they can not access Region 1 data due to an issue and i was advised to contact my installer. So i am a bit of a loss to understand if they can not access the data on Region 1 how can my installer???
After pushing back on this request i asked if this issue is down to the migration ongoing. Finally i was advised it could be (as the issues started when they started to have issues with the data on Region 1).
Be nice for some sort of notification to the end users or even the installers, maybe a visit of your processess Sunsynk.
It's basically an hour out of sync because of the time difference. The power gauge was correct but the flow diagram was telling me what the battery was an hour ago!
